Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science Science/Social Sciences/Humanities/Commerce or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible to appear in the admission test for the Two year B. Ed. Programme (CET-B.Ed.).
The reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of the reserved categories shall be as per the rules of the Govt. of Bihar.
Admission Procedure:
Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in Combined Entrance Test conduct by CET B.Ed. State Nodal University Govt. of Bihar, interview /counseling and academic merit.
Only those candidates will be allowed to appear at entrance exam whose application are found dully complete in all respect.
Application form For CET-B.Ed. is to be filled online. Candidates are requested to go through the instructions given in the prospectus and on the website CET-B.Ed.
Candidates will be required to upload a copy of marks sheet of Matric, Intermediate, graduation and Master (as the case may be) or equivalent in jpeg format at a specified space. They are advised to keep these documents with themselves at the time of filling up the form CET-B.Ed.

Tuition fee- 1st year 75,000/-
2nd year 75,000/-
The charges are to be paid in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of “St. Paul Teachers’ Training College Birsinghpur” payable at “Samastipur” at the college counter. The amount shall not be refundable.
Practice Teaching:
Institute has arranged more than 20 schools at nearby places to do practice teaching for B.Ed. Students.
General:
Any dispute related to the concern with college/ management & the concerned issues arising out vis-à-vis be adjudicated & settled in the jurisdiction of Samastipur.
